Residences are fully furnished, a multitude of supportive services are available and participants who fulfill program requirements are assisted with their transition to permanent housing.
· CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY EDUCATION
No Limits offers a variety of groups, classes and material for program participants and the community.
· EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
No Limits provides on-site job training, resume preparation, interviewing skills, and collaboration with partnering employment specialists and job developers to assist program participants.
· Provision
No Limits is developing a hybrid support model that has a proven track record of success with ex-offenders in other communities. In this model the non-profit serves as an umbrella for several small businesses. The small businesses not only employ program participants, but they also provide valuable job skills and training. All income from these businesses is then funneled back to the non-profit to cover the costs for operations & valuable supportive services as well as funding future capital expenses. This leads to implementation of our long-term sustainability plan.
